I have loved to read ever since the tender age of four when my kindergarten teacher began to teach me. I brought home my book faithfully that day, and have loved reading and writing ever since. In the interest of changing with the times, I have decided that the pen name "magewhisperer" didn't fit who I was as a writer anymore. My current penname is now "Lady Mage" which is easy for those of you who know me as just "mage". Other pennames are "Castoria" on some of the Jane Austen boards, and Lady Sid, at Luminarium.org. My real name is Virginia and I am fifteen years old. I have blond hair and blue eyes, and mostly my favorite type of book is a fantasy book. I also love books about the Regency Period and Queen Elizabeth I.

I am an avid biker, swimmer, runner, hiker, camper, capture the flag player, softball, and basketball player. I love sports and consider the outdoors just as important as books. After all, one must go out and practice the ideals one learns in books. I am also a very committed student, and that is unfortunately why so many of my updates are so slow.
